PEI GAA

Four individuals with a passion for sport have recently decided to introduce the GAA to Prince Edward Island, and set up its first organization.

Currently there are GAA teams is Nova Scotia (Halifax), Newfoundland (St. Johns), Quebec (Montreal and Quebec City) and Ontario (Ottawa, Toronto(8) and Brampton), participating in the sports of Gaelic Football and Hurling.

There are also teams playing in Western Canada (Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia).

We are currently demonstrating these games in schools throughout the Island and are also working on establishing a senior team for 2016 Eastern Division Gaelic Football Championship Cup.
