For the first time ever, the Joseph P. Ryan’s Hurling Club will be be running a hurling academy for beginners who are interested in learning the skills of Ireland national sport.
We’re looking for men and women over the age of 18 to participate in the 6 week program which will teach you the basics of the sport.
Training will run twice a week for 6 weeks starting on the 3rd week in March to the end of April. At this point, the regular hurling and camogie seasons will commence for anyone who wants to continue playing for the summer
Equipment will be provided, with the option of buying them out right or just renting for the 6 weeks.
Costs, location and exact dates will hopefully be finalized by early February.
